A birthday gift for a best friend of mine

I asked what OC of hers that I could draw. Sadly, they were all female (and she totally has no male OCs), seeing that I fail so much at female, I had to pass on that. Then she said I could draw her brother's OC.

But that bastard wasn't around. So she said "just draw my brother then!" So, here he is. Yes, that's his current hairstyle. No, that's not his real name (his OC name, but meh whatever) and she handed me a photo of him.

...yeah, he's a grumpy fellow, I give ya that. Friends of mine said I've improved on drawing faces and hair. But I feel like it's the opposite...
