OC: Kuromiya Nitro2

I butchered Nitro. BADLY. Though, you could say that this is the younger version of Nitro...

M'kay so there I was on a Sunday midnight, planning for a few minutes or so to draw Leo. And I drew him... and it was kinda terrible. So I kept it away and took another piece of paper and tried to draw Leo AGAIN.

Well, too bad, 'cause this hobo was born instead. "OTL My drawing style changes too often... it's not stable. I can't seem to draw like how I did for Zero and Zyke.
