OC: Reign Rain

(Old drawing. Copy pasted info. Yeah, I've improved on the drawing, just a bit. The first was one really ugly.)

Well I got bored and decided to draw out my new OC. And still without a friggin' friend to pose for me... damn it. I don't care anymore lol.

His outfit is pretty simple for now. When I have time I'll draw his real outfit.

1. He's only 15 years old. So he's pretty boy-ish and young.
2. That tattoo was made to cover his scar. Stylish ain't he?
3. He's pretty quiet and doesn't like to talk much.
4. YES he's my Shinigami.
5. He gets along pretty well with Black Zero. So, whenever Nitro starts bothering Rain, Black Zero will handle him.
6. He had a twin sister, but he was the only survivor...
